Dr. Owen Allphin has lived in Southwest Missouri since he was 17 years old. He grew up as one of 10 children surrounded by pets and farm animals. He knew from an early age he wanted to become a veterinarian.

A veterinarian here since 2016, Dr. Brett Sexton’s passion for both pets and people shines. He brings an intelligent but compassionate perspective by prioritizing clear communication, no matter the situation or species of pet.

Dr. Brady Trego, DVM

Dr. Brady Trego, originally from Southeast Iowa, graduated from Iowa State University in 2024 and moved to Southwest Missouri with his wife, his dog Colt, and his cat Rusty. Dr. Trego loves to go outside, enjoys fishing, and working with his dog. He has a passion for veterinary medicine and was recognized among his graduating veterinary class for excellence in patient care and client communication. He couldn’t be more excited to be working at Allphin Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Anne Brenneke, DVM

Dr. Brenneke graduated in 2009 from the University of Missouri (Columbia) College of Veterinary Medicine.

Originally from Jefferson City, Missouri, Dr. Brenneke has lived in Arkansas and practiced in a mixed-animal practice for the last 14.5 years. She enjoys internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.

In her free time, Dr. Brenneke likes to work on her farm and spend time with her menagerie of animals, travel, kayak, hike, visit her family back home, and try to be a super cool Aunt!
